We had an absolutely amazing experience using Cortez! We called him out back in August because our floors were flooded from our AC unit. At the time we didn't have the finances to replace our unit, but he did give us financing options. Unfortunately, my husband had been out of work for a month and we had been playing catchup. So, our credit just wasn't what it used to be anymore. He patiently waited for us to get our taxes and then ordered our equipment. He had it out within a week when other people are struggling to get the units. He was very professional about everything and took really good care of us. I highly recommend giving Cortez a call for your HVAC repair and installation needs! We needed to replace our whole system that was 25+ years old and he was able to give us several options for an amazing price. I was even more impressed with the level of quality of his work--by far one of the most professional installs I have ever seen. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows! He will go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of. He spent the whole day at our house replacing our system in almost 100 degree weather and was still taking service calls after 7:00pm. Cortez is a machine and you won't be disappointed!

We had such a great experience with Cortez! He is such a nice guy, I called him and he was out within 40 minutes during! I recommend you to use him, if you are having trouble with A/C! He made sure everything was fixed and working great before he left!

Cortez was amazing! Set up an estimate time and was punctual. Great communication. Gave us a very fair bid and said he could do it the very next day. Showed up early the next day and stayed till the job was done. Removed old furnace and condenser, replaced with shiny new ones and hauled off the mess. We were in bad shape with a couple window units on these 100+ degree days. Now the kids are covered up complaining that they’re cold. A+++ We couldn’t be more pleased.
