Had to replace my 24 year old heat pump (a Trane, installed by the same company). Options were clearly presented and explained along with pricing. Mountain Air and Heating is a Trane dealer and as a result, offers great pricing on Trane equipment. A quote was emailed and honored to the penny - no hidden/surprise charges. The installation of a new Trane XL15i with air handler unit was done flawlessly and exactly when it was scheduled to be performed. The installation team was polite, very service oriented, and were not bothered by any questions. The install took about 7 hours (as expected). All old units/materials were removed from the premises and all work areas were clean when they left. The new units were registered for warranties and all documentation was emailed upon payment. These guys are second to none! We have a split unit and a lot of people wouldn't work on this, and even though they generally don't work on these themselves, they went out of their way to squeeze us in their busy schedule. They found the problem right away and repaired it in a few minutes. They showed us what how to fix it if the problem arises again, and it has served us well ever since then. They were professional, they were prompt, and you could not find better customer service skills in any other company. I highly recommend them, they are reasonably priced, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Then, I cancelled with the first company I scheduled with because person on the phone was not customer service oriented, which made me call Mountain Air & Heating. George, the M.A & H tech, called on his way, was on time, listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He took initiative to check the system, made additional changes and resets to make my system meet my needs. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and level of service they provided.
