Mountain Heart Woodworks

I was looking to make a live-edge console table and floating shelves, and though I normally buy lumber from Home Depot, I thought I'd try to get some better wood from a mill. I e-mailed Mountain Heart Woodworks and within a couple of weeks, the lumber was delivered to my house. It was a good experience. The lumber was a better price and much higher quality than what I'm use to. In the end, the projects turned out great.

Two stars for the response time! One star for the peeled logs One star for the pricing. The logs were not of good quality and the price for them was very expensive compared to other locals. Don’t recommend!

Emailed to ask if the stock orders are still the same price. Within a day, Brad had called me with the information I had asked for. He was very professional and courteous on the phone and answered my questions. Made an appointment to pick up my order the following Saturday but got snowed in so went the following Friday. Steven met me as soon as I had arrived, jumped into action, got me loaded up with some very nice T&G beetle kill and got me on my merry way. Thank you to everyone who helped me! I love this place! They have beautiful wood, and they are always so friendly and helpful. It is 💯 worth the trip.
