The shipping receiving guy which one wear glasses which is bad service. Also There’s a serious price discrepancy.

Purchased approx. 600 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Floor for my Living & Dinning Room. It was on special sale and material were excellent. Had a little trouble connecting the Drop & Lock style but didn't take long to figure out a little tabbing would help. Sales ladies were very friendly and helpful. Warehouse personnel were prompt and careful when loading onto my SUV. The place is definitely highly recommended.

Visited the store twice as we like one of the products they have. However, awful customer service. The two ladies did not even bother to leave their seats so we had to keep to going to them ask questions.

They have a nice showroom but their quality is really bad. I purchased their high-end 8mm material. Within a year, the edge and side starts to pop out which means it doesn’t lock well. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great experience. They had a large selection as well as helped with the installation. Overall a pleasant experience.
