Mountain Maytag

So my wife and I are in town from Tennessee visiting family, and she drops a jar of ghee and shatters the glass cooktop of their oven (Butterfingers! Lol get it?). So I Google used appliances and find this place. I call and Tony says he has one. I go and look at it, it's good, price is good, so I buy it and schedule delivery and removal of the old one. Delivery day is rainy and nasty, but here they come up a treacherous flight of stairs, and boom pow, old one is out and new one is in. They made it look easy. Top marks for professionalism and trustworthiness. I highly recommend these folks. Thanks again, Tony!

The delivery team was also very friendly! They were able to get our washer and dryer hooked up quickly and even provided a tutorial on how to use them before leaving. I was living out of state when our daughter, who was living in our Denver home, called to say the fridge had suddenly died. Wanting to support a local business, I called Mountain Maytag. I had only two requirements for the replacement fridge. It needed to be a very specific size and have an inside (not on the door) ice maker. Tony told me he had the fridge, and could deliver it immediately, but that it didn't have an ice maker. However, he agreed to order the ice maker and install it when it came in. When the ice maker finally came in, it didn't work. Not one to give up, Tony sent his guys out multiple times (no charge) in an effort to fix the problem. These guys are great. Tony, Scott, & Ken have helped me out with a few DIY appliance projects and hooked me up with a reasonably priced used dryer that's far better than the one we replaced, probably as good as or better than the old one when it was new. They know their stuff and they spent plenty of time explaining things to me, even when it wasn't going to be a sale. If you need help with an appliance, Mountain Maytag is the place to start and finish. They will take excellent care of you!

I assumed I needed a fuse for my Whirlpool dryer. I did not have a fuse tester. I called and Tony said come on down and he would test it for me. When I got to the store, he tested the fuse and it was blown. He then sold me the fuse I needed. Quick and Easy. Nice Store. Clean and organized. Thanks Tony for helping me out!!
