Mountain Pools

I'd give zero stars if possible. I hired Mountain Pools to close my pool and was disappointed by the sloppy work. They didn’t drain or remove the pump, and left loose parts sitting in a few inches of water in the filter basket. They never capped the lines, left the drain hose attached, used rubber plugs on the jets, and wrapped the solar cover with string like a 5-year-old did it. When I raised my concerns, they brushed me off instead of owning up or offering to fix their poor work. I later learned the company has new ownership and others have had the same issues. Mountain Pools saved our summer!!! Pool liner change start to finish took 2 days. They did an amazing job. They got rid of the 15 year old liner (which leaked 5 ft of water overnight!!!!) and updated some plumbing. They added salt and got the system done after arranging for water delivery as well. My kids are stoked again. No more sad (read: bored) faces on hot days. Can’t thank Peter enough. Super professional, prompt, and responsive to emails and calls. 5 out of 5, would call again (I did actually to schedule my pool closing). Thanks Mountain Pools!

Closing my pool for the winter was an excellent job done by Ray and John. They were pleasant and answered questions I had.

We had an excellent experience with our pool installation last year. Being our first year, we’ve had a lot of questions and little things to iron out. Peter, the new owner, has been extremely responsive to all our texts and emails, not only replying right away, but coming out to the house when we have a question to check things out and ensure we’re all set. He has a very professional ethic, and I look forward to seeing how he continues to manage and improve on Mountain Pools as a business. He recently implemented a pay online option from a click in the monthly email invoice… doesn’t sound like much, but he bought the business and there weren’t a lot of modern systems, and he’s putting them in place. Mountain Pools closed and winterized our pool today. The team arrived when scheduled and were professional and meticulous throughout. The staff were pleasant , stored equipment where asked and answered a few process questions without hesitation. Great job and thank you!
