Mountain Road Tree Service

We've used Mountain Road Tree Service several times over the years, and they've always done a great job. Most recently, Andrew Hall (owner) and his crew removed a large dead tree close to our home. The job also included removing the stump, and they did a GREAT job at a reasonable price. My wife and I were impressed with how they did their job in a professional and safe manner along with how they worked together as a "team". We take pride in our lawn, and we couldn't believe how thorough they were in removing the debris. Whenever someone goes "above and beyond", we try to do a little something extra to show our appreciation for a job well done. In this case, we provided lunch for the crew and even joined them. Andrew, Jennifer and crew are awesome! Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, fairly priced and my yard always looks cleaner than before they arrived when I have trees cut down. I have been coming back for years for service and am never disappointed.

Would give six stars if I could! Andrew and his crew are professional, polite, hard-working and very good at what they do. Would recommend to anyone for anything.

Used to be great, not anymore. They apparently no longer care about customer satisfaction. I put my trust in them and got burned.
