Excellent work ethic & excellent customer service! Rick gives an honest quote, responds quickly when contacted, is very punctual, and is just a friendly, nice guy with a lot of integrity. A couple weeks after he had finished our gate, we decided we'd like to have some changes made to the programmed settings. Rick promptly came back to make the adjustments, and there was no charge for making the trip out! He has been patient and thorough in answering all our questions. And he even helped us program the built in remote button in our car to open the gate. Rick really goes above and beyond.
