George did a commercial AC unit for us a little over a year ago. The unit has already failed. When another contractor came to look at the unit, they said that it had been installed improperly to begin with and would need thousands of dollars worth of repairs to fix because it was the "Worst install we have ever seen." We called George to give him a chance to come take a look at the AC and help us with it, and he never even bother to return our messages.

Our air conditioner was making a loud unusual noise. I called George on Saturday. He had recently worked on our air conditioner for a different issue. He came between his other jobs and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new fan motor. George said he would try and get one but there was only one supplier open on Saturday. He said he would be back on Tuesday if he could get the part. Of course the temperature has been in the 90s and would be for the next week. Later that same day George called and said he had the part and if we were home he would install the new fan motor. Within a couple of hours he had the air conditioner working and checked out. My wife and I recently bought our house a little over a year ago. The previous owners used George to install an all new hvac system in the house. During the last cold snap, the igniter went out on the new furnace. I called George, and he came out that day to diagnose and repair the system. He was nice and knew exactly what the issue was. He graciously extended the warranty on the installation and wouldn't even take a dime for gas or his time. He was a pleasure to work with and will be used again if I ever need the system looked at again. Thank you again, George.

George was amazing. He was super skilled, very intelligent and very kind. He went out of his way to help us and we will always be indebted to him -our furnace would not work late at night and he drove 3 hours round trip at the end of his day to fix it for us. It was a very specific problem that was quite complicated but he went above and beyond by figuring out the solution and fixing it.
