Mountain Valley Home Comfort recently replaced my HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They completed the job quickly without cutting any corners. They took the time to ensure everything was working exactly as it should before they left, and they even left my home cleaner than when they arrived. Outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend Mountain Valley Home Comfort—10/10!

The install crew did a great job in a timely manner and left everything clean and answering any questions I had about the thermostat and the system that was installed. The salesman Creg is a very nice man and cares about his customers by explaining the difference between the systems based on affordability. From start to finish MVHC Team provided excellent service. Nate gave us several options and reviewed the differences so we could make the best educated choice for our replacement system. We weren't pressured or offered anything more than what we needed. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful to work around our busy schedule and accommodate the installation to our needed timeframe. Last and most important the installation crew arrived early and ready to take out and install our system even in the ice and rain. Those 3 young men never complained and were polite, courteous and thorough. Completing the install in a single day and having it up and running with everything cleaned up, they left us feeling confident in our choice with MVHC.

Mountain Valley Home Comfort, Inc has been tending to my old HVAC system for many years. They have always been thorough and trustworthy keeping an ageing unit going with yearly check ups needed repairs. However after 21 years it finally gave up the ghost. Of course Mountain Valley was my go to for replacement! Thank you Breyden and team, you did an excellent job today installing my new HVAC system! Breyden took the lead indeed, made sure everything was correct and working as it should. Also made sure I knew how the new thermostat worked and what the new outdoor unit looked like pointing out the new pad and surge protector. Left my home tidy and cleaned up any mess made. Nice and warm now for this old gal!

This company continues to not only impress me with every interaction I have with them, but they also continually set a new standard for what’s possible in terms of expectations from a company providing any service, but especially HVAC services. My interactions with their technicians and office employees is always genuinely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ask about their service plan and especially their Valley heroes discounts if you are EMS, Fire service, LE or military, and maybe even teachers. Great discount!
