He was very thorough and went over all the information we needed to know about the maintenance and upkeep of our HVAC system. Johnny showed up in bitter cold and icy snow and made sure our heat would stay on during the upcoming freezing weather. Turns out my HVAC was fine and my propane was totally out, so the problem was with my propane company. Still, a thorough evaluation was done, I was kept fully informed throughout and am really pleased with the service.

We had four mini-split units inspected and filters cleaned, and Johnny did a fantastic job. Johnny listened carefully to our concerns, answered every question we had, provided some additional information about our system, and demonstrated his extremely professional knowledge and ability. We will continue as very satisfied customers of Mountain Valley Home Comfort because of the service we received from Johnny Riggs.

Otis and his associate did a wonderful job with our duct cleaning. Very professional and efficient. Offered advice for other services as needed, and all with a very pleasant attitude. Would definitely utilize their services again!
