Mountain Valley Pools

At first Travis answered the phone and presented as very knowledgeable about pool maintenance. Unfortunately, after leaving messages on his cell phone and business phone asking for a return call, he has become unresponsive. If you want prompt service or at least a return phone call, I would call someone else.

I would give zero stars if I could. Three and a half weeks ago they said they would open our pool on 6/1. On 6/8 they tell us to find someone else because they are too busy. Oh, and we had to call THEM to find this out. Unprofessional does not begin to describe how bad they are. Must be nice to have so much business and so little competition that you can disregard any semblance of customer service.

Ordered pool equipment and the owner delivered to my door. Great job if in need of something else they will be the first to call.
