Very knowledgeable about carpets. These guys worked hard to get a stubborn odor from a spill on our carpet and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets over all. Great customer service, down to earth and personable with great results. I will definitely use them again!

Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care work magic! My dad had used Rich for years to clean his carpets and was always very pleased. We are now trying to sell my dad’s house and after a sibling living there, us sorting through things and an estate sale, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. I thought they needed replacing. We called upon Rich to clean the carpets one last time, with me fully expecting some of the black stains to remain. Richard and his team were able to come over immediately to take care of the carpets in 2 rooms in under an hour! Not only were they fast but the carpets look and smell amazing, and his costumer service was excellent. I will definitely be reaching out again when we need carpet cleaning services, as well as when we need any pressure washing done outside the home. Thanks guys!

I couldn’t be more pleased! They (Rich and Dakota) were so accommodating for scheduling- tho they are very busy, they notified me of their arrival (which was when they estimated they could come) SUPER professional and enjoyable to talk with, very detailed and thorough, protected corners and my “stuff”… my old carpet looks FANTASTIC (I wouldn’t have believed it could look so brand new again) and they were so efficient with their time.
