I hope I do justice to Troy and Deb, be cause everything was just perfect! We wave lived in the house about 8 or 9 months now. There have been no issues and any questions we had were quickly and pleasantly answered. During the planning phase whatever we requested was taken seriously and implemented. Everything we requested was in our new home. The design accommodated personal items we brought with us like our Hoosier cabinet and our quilting room, Deb is a miracle worker in layout and Troy is a craftsman in finishing off the house and excavating. Not sure what happened but we lost all contact after a site visit and adjustments to our house plan. We were told there was a delay updating our quote due to a vendor rep having a medical emergency. After that, no return calls, texts or emails after multiple attempts. Due to family circumstances we could not continue to wait so we left one last message asking for an update or we would have to move on. We never heard back. They were nice people and seemed to do good work but If they were unable to work with us, I wish they would have reached out. We would have been disappointed but we could have moved on sooner. These guys are FABULOUS! For me not only is workmanship and service important, but trust is probably the most important when I'm looking to hire someone, and these guys are the utmost trustworthy. I have also seen a lot of their work and know many people who have also used them for one job or another and the customers were more than happy with the results. I have a need for a whole house generator and when I acquire the necessary funds they will be installing that for me.

Excellent service and a job well done. Once the planning stages were complete our home was put up in just a matter of hours. One day there was an empty lot and by evening there was an entire home ready to move into. The argument between stick built and modular doesn't make sense to me; I've watched the slow construction of stick built homes and was unsettled when I saw them sit thru rain and snow without a roof on them. I don't understand how someone could spend all of that money to have it soaking up water twisting and warping the lumber. These homes are built in massive climate controlled warehouses and wrapped for shipping keeping everything dry and in perfect condition.

We hired Mountian View Modular to install a new home. Very pleased with their quality. They also did a great job of communicating rhe timeline and they kept their schedule. We will most definitely use them again. They are also genuine people.
