I’ve worked with this company for years for all of my well water pump needs, and they have always been reliable, fair, and honest. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they never try to upsell or push anything unnecessary. What really sets them apart is how personal their service is—they actually remember conversations, details, and important things about each customer. It truly feels like working with family. Every technician is friendly, kind, and respectful, and they consistently deliver outstanding service year after year. I highly recommend them to anyone needing well pump or water system help. You won’t find better people to work with.

I called and got a price for a iron filter service. They told me it would be $218. They arrived and serviced the filter in 40 minutes. Then they presented me with a bill for $385. They told me it was because it took them longer than a half an hour…. Buyer beware.

I would avoid this company. I had this company do an inspection on a house we are buying. The inspector said the system was working fine when he was onsite. 2 weeks later I got a quote to replace the system. When I called and asked why I got a quote to replace the system when the report came back as good. The person I spoke with (the owner) was very combative. The owner would not let me finish asking questions, she would interrupt me and told me the system was not working. When I asked why the inspection report said it was she hung-up on me. While the onsite inspector was very good, the owner was super unprofessional. If you are looking for a good pump/filtration company I would look elsewhere.

Wow, they are great. While on vacation in Cancun we found out we had no water in the house. A 0800 call on Monday with an appointment set in the afternoon. Our son was home and Vince was able to diagnose and get water back to the house. Mountain View is first on our list for regular maintenance and repairs for our well and water system.

Consumer beware!! Not only is the owner extremely rude, (glad someone else said same thing on here) but this company has caused major grief for a homebuyer. We used them to diagnose a well pump issue. They came out and fixed a switch (that they broke), didn't add it to the invoice, and said it was all fixed. Fast forward. The deal closes, buyer gets the keys and sees the issue is still happening. Then they say theyll come back for free (like they're doing a favor and after alot of horrible customer service) then they say oh u need a new well pump. 1900. Mind you this should've been discussed when the initial diagnosis was done. Then they say oh seller said don't fix it so we just didn't put it in the paperwork. Didn't write any notes on the actual problem, and acted like the switch was all
