Jeremy is super reliable and knowledgeable. He does a great job with clear pictures and reports and he gets them back in a timely manor aswell. I have used him on several properties including my personal property and would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy was fantastic. He was reasonably priced, and really went above and beyond with the inspections. As a first time home buyer I really had tons of questions, some were reasonable some were dumb and he patiently and very professionally talked me through it all. He event went out of his way to show me details and explain way more than was necessary. He was fantastic when I asked him what I should be asking and didn't giving me some good advice and maintenance info. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality inspector in the Boise area. We had Jeremy inspect two homes for us. Unfortunately the first one didn’t work out for us and we had to walk away after finding a lot of issues.
