Eric and Marcus were beyond helpful! I needed help figuring out what supplies were required for a sprinkler system. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond with their customer service. 10/10 would recommend!
Went in for a piece to fix a few sprinklers I broke while trying to adjust. They helped me get what I needed and how to fix my issues I was having. Since I did not know what I was doing and YouTube was not helping me. I know where to go for sprinkler help and will recommend. Sorry I can’t remember the guys name who helped me but he gave me great customer service and took time to answer my questions. Thank you for helping me.
Good service over the phone but couldn't meet them in person. The gentleman on the phone said they were open Saturday from 7-5 but when I got there they were not. Hope we can try again in the future.
Low inventory. Never greets customers. Always tries to help people while talking on the phone.
