Mount's Lock and Key

Before going in, I called with questions about my 90s GM Vats key and I got answers with no hesitation. In person, I got a copy of my ignition and door keys done in five minutes. McCurley was needing my license, registration and vin to get some copies done. Mount’s made this whole process easy. Thank you guys!

Horrible service, and the key didn't work. $4.75 for a key that someone didn't even look at after cutting (pretended), a child could figure out it wasn't going to work... Come on. The key is one thing, the arrogance and rudeness is completely different. They didn't know who I was, but I work for a high end bicycle company looking for a small business to possibly do work for us. Hard to find good service in America these days, this place in not it, sadly. Wish them the best, regards.

My recently purchased car only came with one fob and no door key. I made another copy of the fob and went to Mount's to have a replacement created. They gave me 2 keys along with cutting the blade that came with the 2nd fob. They copied the gas key as well so now I have 2 full sets. Their price was excellent, service top notch, told me if I get a blade for the original fob they will cut that as well, no extra charge.

They were very kind and pleasant on the phone. They were very courteous and called before they headed over. Shawn was very kind while he was here, ESPECIALLY with my crazy kiddos! He took the time to educate me on a few things I asked about and he didn't talk down to me when I asked. Our lock ended up needing to be drilled out due to our specific situation and Shawn was very clear about all the options I had at my disposal. He was very honest and didn't try to take advantage of us with expensive products or options. He did a phenomenal job and the finished product looks great! We will DEFINITELY be keeping them as our go to for our locksmith needs! Thank you all so much!!
