Move and Go, LLC

When I was initially ready to post this honest review, they urged me to reconsider because they’re a small family business and they wanted to make things right. Well, they didn’t. So here goes: We had an awful, awful move. I choose them only because their first team did a fabulous job delivering and unloading 3 Zippy Shell pods for us a year ago. But this time? A totally different experience. They had the records of our last move yet they sent too small a truck and didn’t arrive on time. We had to make arrangements to get another truck for our items left behind. The truck lift didn’t work initially and they mentioned this was a known issue. The third crew member didn’t show up until a few hours later. This crew was inexperienced and slow. They didn’t wrap and protect our furniture. They

Movers were friendly. Did a decent job (despite multiple scratches to the wall and some furniture). However they broke a chair and a TV . The supervisor told me not to worry about. It would be covered by their insurance. I filled the form 3 weeks ago and have been completely silent. They have been ghosting me since then.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. So why the one star? Well, I had moved into my townhouse in November. One of the movers that was carrying my desk by himself, the legs facing outward, ended up running into my wall and chipping off a good piece of the wall. I emailed the company and told them what happened including pictures. And guess what? I got ghosted. No reply back. I reached out and they never reached back out. Still no email or even a call. I had to use my own money to fix what they should have fixed. I reached back out and even almost a year later, still no apology, nothing. Def will not recommend this company for their lack of communication, sympathy and not caring about their customers property. The picture doesn’t do the damage justice. Looks worse in person.

The 3 movers I had did an efficient, quick and were easy going! I would highly recommend Move and Go to friends and family. Book now if your debating!!

Absolutely amazing experience with Corey and Ty — they were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. They handled all of my belongings with care, worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They stayed positive and focused, going above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it.
