Move Busters

In August I had inquired for moving services which included 2 movers and a 27' truck, however, when the day came, the company shared there were some mechanical problems and showed up with a 20' U-Haul truck and 6 movers. While this was not what was initially agreed upon, I still had faith in their service. After the move to our new house, I noticed damages to our freezer and reached out to Thaddeus at Move Buster. Thaddeus assured me that this was covered by insurance, however, despite claims that a check was coming, after a whole month later, I still have not received this "check". I've tried calling and emailing Move Busters, unfortunately they have not responded.

UPDATED: MoveBusters has continued to ignore my attempts to contact them and clear this up and has shared with PayPal details that caused a denial of a refund. I'm still waiting to hear back from the BBB folks. I've lost all faith in this company. If he (Thaddeus) COMMUNICATED and explained to me that the refund wasn't possible, we wouldn't be at this place. But he promised a refund on an overpayment, did not deliver on said promise and thereby stole as much as $280.00 from me. As long as they stay silent and act like I don't exist and that Thaddeus never made that promise, I will continue to share my horrible experience and dissuade others from using their services. Move Busters helped us with our move north. These guys are courteous and responsive. They show up on time and work very hard while being sensitive to the needs of the customer. Reasonable pricing. They are our “go to” movers!

These guys are the absolute best. Hands down. Professional, efficient, friendly and thoughtful. Couldn’t have asked for a better mover. Highly recommend. They stepped up when our movers bailed on us at the pickup date, but Move Busters arranged the moving for us overnight. Quite unbelievable. They also give the best rates in town.
