I was very happy with my experience. They were prompt, professional, and helpful. It was a Dad and son team… how cute! I would definitely recommend and use them again. How they were able to move the hot tub is beyond me! And they were so nice that they cleaned up all the packaging and help me move the pallet and garbage by the trash can. Reasonable pricing. 5 STARS!

We bought a used hot tub off marketplace and Jeanette and her team made the moving process as smooth as possible. As first time tub buyers, Jeanette was super patient in answering all of our questions to assure we felt educated and informed throughout the process and was able to provide recommendations and referrals for electricians to get us set up. Their team is insured which gave us peace of mind, as well. If you’re moving a tub around Chicagoland these are your guys.

We recently had this company come out and remove our hot tub. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable! They handled everything and I was very pleased with the service. They also were very nice and easy to work compared to other junk companies. Good price highly recommended.

I’m not sure if you can find a group of more Competent, kind and professional movers out there! I had to move a hot tub a couple of miles from one house to another and these guys showed up with the white glove service. They arrived on time, they had all of the proper tools to disconnect the unit, went out of their way to protect the surfaces of the tub prior to moving anything and then loaded it effortlessly on a moving dolly from its old location to the customized trailer they used to haul it over the road. At the new location it was the exact same level of service but just in reverse. Can’t recommend them enough. These guys deserve more than just a 5 star review.
