Moving Ahead Services - Charlotte Movers

We had a GREAT experience with Moving Ahead Services! They wrapped everything so nicely and took great care of our furniture. The guys were super friendly, worked very fast and efficient. We will definitely be using them again soon.

***Updated review*** I received a call from "John" on 10/3 claiming he wanted to offer me $200 to help further resolve the issues we had during our move. The stipulation was I had to remove my negative review first and then would receive a credit to my account. Please beware of this company and their fraudulent practices.*** I used them for a recent move. After the men were done, they told me there was a $25 fee for using my debit card. It would have been nice to know that when I got the quote. I did not think I had to check all my furniture to make sure everything was okay before paying, I was wrong. My dining table was scratched, my desk was broken, and my bed post was broken off. I called customer service and provided pictures of the damaged table and have yet to get a response. I would

With any business or product, I look for reviews so I hope this helps. I'm glad to now have a moving company name that I know and trust. I usually get a second quote to compare but I have no need as they are great. Professional, organized, and what I really was worried about, showing up on time and not damaging our walls and belongings. The services offered for office and business have been above and beyond. The house won't be moved for a few months, Moving Ahead Services will be doing it. With any good service I like to repeat business.

Please note that this business is no longer BBB accredited and seriously consider this before signing any contracts. Hiring this company cost me 15 times the cost of my move in damages. The damage shown on the concrete driveway is indicative of the damage to the hardwoods from the rear of the home through the front door.

Paul, Trey, and Brian were amazing. Professional, courteous, and three of the hardest workers we have ever seen. They focused on enduring the pack out and the move in were without incident. This is a great company that we have contractedwith twice. And we strongly recommend them for moving service. Absolutely stellar.
