They got the job done in a reasonable time without any breaks, and in this 100 degree weather! He provides a discount for cash paying customers and itemized invoicing before and after job completion. Very please with 1Pro Movers. Juan was very responsive, he was on time and they took extremely good care of our household items when moving them. He also did not give up when we thought our couch would not fit through the door but he did it. I will use 1Pro Movers again and highly recommend them.

Juan and his teammate did a phenomenal job helping load our 12' moving truck in 2 hours!! We were in an upstairs apartment with some hefty furniture, and they made a conscious effort in ensuring the furniture was wrapped with care and the truck was loaded thoughtfully. Very professional and friendly, and quick response on my inquiry. Nothing was damaged, shifted or broken in the truck on our 9 hour trip to our new spot. Highly recommend them for anyone who is DIY-moving and needs extra help with the heavy lifting. Juan and his crew supplied shrink wrap, but I highly recommend supplying your own moving blankets, ratchet straps and doing your own packing to help make their job more efficient.
