I originally paid for 2 hours, then I thought we might need 3 hours to unload the truck. They came and unloaded in the original 2 hours, so the 3rd hour was not needed. I was still charged for the 3 hours which was $135. When I reached out to moving help, they said to get in touch with the 3rd party movers (moving masters), I did through phone calls and text messages. I was told once the funds cleared that they would get back in touch with me to work something out and they never did. They (moving masters) were done in 2 hours, so they are not entitled to the 3rd hour they received and I should be refunded the $135 that I paid for the extra hour that was not needed. I do have text messages I can provide if they are needed.

When I moved out of my parents home in Long Island to my fiancé’s apartment in Colorado I had absolutely no idea how to do it while working 60-70 hour weeks. After speaking to a few long distance movers I entrusted Moving Masters with the keys to my apartment in all of the destination information. They kept in touch with me every day, packed up all my belongings and transported it there within one week, with no damage. This was 2 weeks faster than every other moving company quoted me. The money I spent which was more than what I expected was well worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend Moving Masters to do what you don’t want to. They even clean the whole apartment before they left. Thanks Again .

Wonderful! Very friendly & accommodating & efficient. My office hired Moving Masters during a renovation; it involved moving people to areas not affected by the renovation and back again. Interacted with two different teams of movers, and they could not have been nicer.
