The movers were very efficient. Moved with expediency and care. The driver, Leo was very charming and respectful. I have social anxiety, and I felt that he catered to my disability. So I want to thank him and his movers for their professionalism.

Do Not Use SP Moving Services – Military Families Beware I do not recommend using SP Moving Services. This company markets itself as military-friendly, but my experience was the opposite and extremely disappointing. I was explicitly told that if I accepted a job that did not require their moving services, I would receive a refund. That statement was false. After payment was made, I was then informed that I would have to wait 12 months to receive my money back something that was never disclosed upfront. I was also told the funds could be applied toward an in-state move, which again was misleading and not honored in a clear or reasonable way. I wouldn’t normally take the time out of my day to write a review, but after my family and I recently moved I couldn’t stop thinking about the wonderful service I received from these guys! My belongings were organized beautifully and delivered with care as promised by the very charismatic driver I believe he said his name was Leo, he was very efficient and detailed when walking my husband and I through our new pricing as we had to pay a little more for extra square footage he was excellent at explaining reasoning for the changes and made sure everything was wrapped nicely and moved rather swiftly thank you guys so much for all your help!

They call and charge more the day before the move. Then don't show on the promised pack day. Then on move day they show up late in day with a full truck and then leave. We will see if they come back. This is costing extra hotels stays as we were supposed to have left already.

I was not happy with these movers, felt like cheated. Initial estimation they given one amount and after coming to home , they said different amount which was almost 1000 dollars more. Contract include both dissemble and assemble the furniture, but the only dissembled my furniture, they didn’t assemble. When I ask for assemble that delivery person was so rude, I was Surprised. They damaged my furniture also, I am going attached the photos. I submitted the insurance, till now no response from them. Please don't choose these movers
