Moving Up Home Inspections

I’ve used Jason on multiple properties along with other family members. It’s safe to say that Jason was outstanding to work with. He is extremely prompt in responding to all of my questions and did a great job coordinating with my builder (which did not make it easy). He took the time to clearly explain any concerns he found and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. His professionalism, communication, and thorough home inspection continues to give me real confidence in his the process. I will continue to use Jason and refer him to anyone who asks

You could not ask for a better inspector than Jason. We had a home inspection done as we just went under contract and he was able to get us in quick. He didn't even take payment from us until the report was completed. He is extremely thorough and spent HOURS at the property going over things, showing us issues and telling us all the potential ways to fix those issues. He also has an absolutely lovely personality, is extremely kind and polite, and his prices are competitive with those huge companies that rush through the job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Jason recently inspected a home my fiancee and I were looking to purchase. His pricing is very reasonable and his home report and wind mitigation report were fantastic. He is very attentive to detail while being honest about the severity or lack thereof of issues. His work is high quality and extremely helpful for any part of the home process. His report gave us the confidence we needed to know that we were purchasing a good home.

My partner and I had Jason inspect an house we were considering buying after hearing great reviews online. I am so glad we chose him cause he was FANTASTIC!! He throughly inspected every inch of the house and provided us with an insanely detailed report. Over 100 pages of information and pictures for us to review. We had some question afterwards and we were able to call him. He walked us through everything in the report and provided an excellence experience to us. Jason is one very professional individual. He recently inspected our new home 11 months after closing and I only wish we would have contacted him 1 year ago. He is very, very thorough. Our home was not in bad shape, but there were some significant findings that the previous inspector missed. Forever grateful for his work.
