Mow Joe Inc

Very disappointed in their services. Was hoping to establish long term lawn care. Of the 3 times they came out, 2 of those times were immediately after heavy rain fall where they left my yard damaged. My wife even asked them to NOT mow on the 3rd mow due to the drenched soil and matted grass but they insisted as they had to stick to their mowing schedule. I reached out to Joe both times. He was responsive, apologetic, and refunded the 2nd mow and did not charge me for the third. We were both in agreement that discontinuing the service would be the best route. Again, I am deeply disappointed especially when the home owner asks to not have their lawn mowed out of fear of damaging the lawn. Another reviewer stated they continued weekly mowing even when the grass wasn't growing. In my case

This is my first year using Mow Joe Inc for fall clean up. They did an amazing job. This is the cleanest my yard has ever looked. Joe was also easy to email and responded to them promptly, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using them next year and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lawn service.

First year with Mow Joe and glad to be a customer. They did a great job consistently cutting our lawn. Lawn looks amazing each time they come and I liked that they just ran the card on file versus having to deal with checks or remembering to pay an invoice. We'll be back next year!

I have been using mow jow for about 4 years now and the results are amazing!! No more running to the hardware store to grab a bunch of products that either don't work well or set me up for disaster because I am using them wrong. I honestly feel like I am saving money and my lawn looks great! These guys are punctual with great communication. I love the menu every spring and then the advice when needed.
