HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Super-fast turn around and very reasonably priced. I called yesterday and explained my need for a pump out because my aerobic pump went out. When the tanks are full because the pump is not pumping water out; you can not use any water as you risk overflow through your outdoor clean outs and indoor drains. They said they could come the next day, gave a time window when to expect them. However, they sent a text and showed up early! The two gentlemen that showed up, explained everything they were doing and educated me on what I need to do to maintain my system. They were super professional and did a great job. I recently had MP Material and Septic Services come out to pump my septic tank, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the process was smooth and straightforward. The team arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and worked quickly but carefully. They were professional, polite, and left the area clean when they were finished.

Spoke with Brandi who was so nice & helpful on getting our septic pumped scheduled in on our crazy schedule. Martin came & checked out everything after everything was pumped out. He was able to provide advice on maintenance of the pipes & tank just to make sure we can be preventative. They are reasonably priced & have always provided great quality service. We definitely will be continuing to use them in the future.

I'd seen a favorable review of these guys, so I figure I'd try them. Really disappointed. They didn't show on time, uncovered the septic tank, and left before covering it back up. I don't know if this was a one off or if they are consistently bad, but I won't be using them again. Certainly, their billing process is effective.
