DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!! Parked my car here, they put a massive dent in my BRAND NEW car and didn’t tell me. My car recorded the whole incident. When I finally noticed, I called them and they seemed to make it like it was gonna be an easy resolve. BUT ITS FAR FROM THAT. They only want you to go get the car fixed through “a guy we use for this kinda stuff”(literal quote) because they WILL NOT GO THROUGH INSURANCE TO FIX YOUR CAR. They CLAIM to have insurance and that the insurance will “follow up”…. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US. WE CALL ONCE A WEEK AND ZERO CALLS BACK. They want us to forget about it BUT NOT GONNA HAPPEN. If you google them… you will see the amount of LAWSUITS against them. Owners name is Manuel Pimentel.

Terrible place to park. Had parking passes for the Jessie Murph concert and prepaid. They made us pay $50 on top of that, later to find out that was for someone else's car. Because our car was paid, they let the other customers leave without paying anything. We are still waiting for our refund.

DAMAGED CAR - DON’T PARK HERE. Our car is less than a month old and it got dented after being parked here. They take your car, put it in an elevator to park it and then rush you in and out. Tried to call to get a resolution and can’t seem to make contact with any manager. If I could give zero stars I would.

We left our car there for 3 days and we picked up the car one hour before the time we told them we would pick up the car and we didn't have any problems or the car wasn't damaged so I will recommend it if you need good location parking and yes its expensive but I think NY its expensive already so if you wanna save money then don't drive there 🫣🤷‍♀️

OVERCHARGED! When we got there we asked how much it would be for roughly 6 hours and we were told it would be a grand total of $42.24. We said ok and went on our way. When we came back 6 hours later they charged us almost $10 more. They didn't wanna hear it and would rather just screw us over. 0/100 - do NOT recommend.
