MP Parking

I use this garage several times per week and have always had positive encounters with the staff, and prompt to minimal wait times. There have been only a couple of times they had computer issues for payment purposes, but always apologetic. No issues with my property/vehicle. The garage has been slowly updated esthetically and there had been a small change in price since then, but expected with their updates. To me, this garage is extremely convenient and reliable. It can get very packed some days.

I came in specifically because I saw the advertised price of $13 for 12 hours. However, when I spoke with the valet, he told me the actual price is $25 and that the sign didn't changed. This is clearly misleading advertising. Additionally, he insisted that I pay right then and there in cash, even though there was a credit card machine available. I find this situation very suspicious, especially considering the other reviews. I should have gone elsewhere!

To mp parking owner I was there march 17 by 12pm out around 3 pm because I have a citizenship interview in falchi building. Upon getting my car no one was there in the cashier so tired and hungry so i scan my ticket and pay by credit card. Then the parking attendant came hell at me with a mad face said can i help you. Told him no one was here so i help my self. Then attendant hell at me and I cannot forget his face mad face big eye skinny guy said i should wait for him and not touch anything

This is a very bad parking lot. They have no idea what customer service is.

This parking lot and its valet service are completely irresponsible and untrustworthy. I handed my key to the valet, and when I returned to pick up my car, the valet claimed he couldn’t find it. He said my key was in his jacket, which was apparently taken by another customer. The valet then disappeared to "retrieve" my key from this customer but never returned. After calling multiple times, he finally told me it was none of his business and suggested I contact the police. This feels like a scam – I was left without my car key, with no resolution or accountability. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for customers is alarming. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
