They explained what they would be doing (remove chimney liner, sweep flue, remove debris, install double tee at base of chimney, spray thermocrete ceramic liner on flue … to bring chimney to code). They showed me where they would be working and how long it would take. They worked efficiently and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and were finished when they said they would be.
