MPG Parking

I parked here on December 19, 2025. Sometime before mid day and left around 2pm. I only came to this area for a nice Bday lunch treat. This particular area is FAR from my home. Mario showed me the damage to my car sustained when HE moved my car, under the company's care. He said the damage was documented in the system and that the company would reach out to me. I have tried calling, emailing and even bothering Mario himself. It is now February. My car is NOT fixed. Mario keeps saying he even sent the estimate paperwork I sent to him "to the office". Due to the disregard of this company, I will be contacting law enforcement very soon to document the damage to my property and someone needs to pay to get my car fixed. the point of paying this type of service is for your car to be BETTER than

This parking lot is not worth using. I parked for about 40 minutes and was charged $19. The sign clearly states $9 per hour. When I asked why the charge was higher, I was first told it was a “machine error.” Soon after, the explanation changed to an additional $10 for an oversized vehicle. My car is a standard sedan. No clear criteria for “oversized” were provided, and the inconsistent explanations made the situation impossible to trust. The responses I received were neither consistent nor responsible. I have already reported the issue to the police and am preparing further action. Don’t Come!!! The business is not honest. I parked here 9:32am. The parking guy Mario charge me the early bird price is $19 cash. He told me credit card machines not working.

They over charged, we parked 2hrs and they charge $26, we paid 2x more than what they listed. We asked the guy works there and he just kept telling us that’s what system shows, no other way to fix the issue. It was horrible.

used MPG app to pay for 3hrs on a Monday for $10 right before i arrived at the garage. App is glitchy. Website works fine. This is NOT a park and lock or self parking facility. There is a valet/attendant to park and retrieve your vehicle. Received parking stub when arriving and showed the paid app scan code to attendant right before retrieving car. Told them approximately how long i was leaving the car and he parked it right in front so i can just drive off.
