MPG Parking: MP Hunter 50

The parking garage in Hunter's Point is very well run. The Manager, Carlos and his team do an amazing job. I had a monthly there for 6 months and my car was always ready when I came to pick it up (daily). Great customer service. Very efficient.

They destroid my car , and said dont have a meneger or someone to spoke about it.

An embarrassment as a garage. It is absolutely in your best interest to go to the garage next to this instead. I stopped by with family on a Sunday night when the attendant was insanely rude to the crowd of cars waiting. He freaked out on my sister for reversing ‘too quickly’, when we had a rear view mirror and was only trying to make it easier for him to move a vehicle (he was clearly overwhelmed). When he realized he was overreacting, he went to yell and insult us and refused our vehicle. I’ve never noticed an attendant or even employee yell at people. Terrible service, would never recommend it to anyone.

Do not park at any MPG Parking locations. Their customer service is non-existent and will ignore your cancellation and keep charging you. Disgusting.

Onsite people are generally great except there has been a decent turnover recently. The problem is MPG management where they don’t even know how to put an automatic payment in-place even after they asked for it. They have always come back to me for “late fee” and putting me liable for. The management team or their accounting team doesn’t even reach out to ask for or confirm payment info and have a random attendant asking for payments. Very disrespectful aweful experience where the management wants the payment but doesn’t know how to have their customers pay.
