Our condo unit on Casey Key had sustained extensive damage from hurricane Helene and Milton. The mitigation work was done by a different contractor selected by the association per FEMA standards. But each unit owner needed to hire their own contractor to rebuild. With so many units and homes damaged in the area, many had difficulty finding a reliable contractor to do the work.
