We've used Mr. Appliance several times in the past 2 years. We are very pleased with everything from scheduling to communication and most importantly, quality service. Very simple process all around and our technician, Roger, has been great. While we hate having broken appliances (fridge/freezer/ice maker), it's reassuring to know that the company doing the repairs can be counted on. Good warranty plan as well. We will continue to use them and would encourage friends and family to do the same if needed.

Mo did an excellent job with routine maintenance on my washer and dryer. He arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I like to understand how to take care of my appliances, and he was patient and happy to explain everything. I really appreciated how instructive he was and how he helped me learn the best ways to use and maintain my machines for the long run. Mr. Appliance and specifically, Mo, are highly recommended.

Really great customer service from Mr. Appliance. Easy on line booking, great communication via email and text regarding service representative (including photo!) and estimated arrival time. Daniel, the technician, was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable and he explained the repair clearly. He even went the extra mile to fix a broken shelf that had nothing to do with the repair issue. Will definitely use again!
