Mr. Appliance of Bel Air

I called Mr Appliance for a problem we were having with our stove. An email was sent confirming my appt and a picture of the technician was also sent. This is a fabulous feature for safety. Anibal Fernandez was professional, friendly and worked hard to resolve our problem. He even gave some helpful tips so the issue doesn't happen again. Mr. Appliance was so fast. They were able to sen a technician within an hour of my call and my repairs were done in less than two. My technician was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me and showed me what to do if I have issues in the future.

Anibal arrived and serviced our oven. Door would not open. Found the was hinge was "gunked up" following oven cleaning. Applied WD40 and cleaned thoroughly and best it has ever worked. Very professional and a good sense of humor. Enjoyed the visit and thankful that he got it fixed. Would highly recommend this company.

Matthew arrived on time; diagnosed the problem quickly; solved it because he knew his trucks inventory.
