This service was great. The appointment was booked quickly. Once they came and assessed the issue they were able to return first thing 2 days later. Tom and his coworker were in and out quickly. They took apart my appliance. Replaced the part, and returned it to its position in the laundry area. Fast, clean, friendly, professional and skilled. I couldn't be happier with this company and the associates they sent. Thank you.

I called Mr. Appliance due to my dryer blowing cold air instead of hot. I called that morning and a few hours later, Andre came out And very knowledgeable figured out the problem and fixed it right down in there. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Was having issues with my LG washer, called for service expecting to have to wait forever for an appointment, but within 20 minutes a tech was at the front door. Dan Shelko was our tech, found the problem, fixed it quickly, very nice experience, will recommend to anyone needing help, and will call if I need help again

Tom was thorough and knowledgeable. Disappointed that it wasn’t taken care of in one day. Took the better part of a week to resolve my water dispenser issue. Cost a lot more than I thought it should but ultimately had a good outcome.
