I had great service. First time they came out diagnosed that my refrigerator needed a new compressor. The technician told me what I need to do. I called LG and had them send the compressor to them. When the part came in, we made an appointment. The technician again was great. Very friendly. Thank you for getting my refrigerator up and running again. Nicole

Needed an appliance repair. Went on Google and looked at the reviews. Came across Mr Appliance. Scheduled an appointment on a Thursday online with the first available appointment which was a Monday morning. They called me the next morning - Friday and said they had an appointment available that day- I was very pleased to hear that. Derrick was the tech who came out and diagnosed my issue immediately repaired it promptly and to my great satisfaction! Crazy reasonable fee ! He was Neat, clean, thorough- professional and friendly. I will definitely call Mr Appliance of Cartersville again and WILL request Derrick personally.

Kuang was both knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my GE refrigerator and provided me with the information and reasoning on the repair. He also took the time to educate me so that I understood exactly what he was doing and why. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

When I called Scott came out fast. He was very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and had my dryer fixed in no time at all . He made sure I was aware of the problems and the price up front. Thank you for coming out so fast and fixing my dryer you now have a customer for life .

Needed my microwave repaired. Found Mr. Appliance on google. Completed the repair request on the website and received a confirmation and repair schedule in a timely manner. The process is simple and user friendly. The technician, Kuang, arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Parts were ordered and repair was completed within two days. The entire experience was more than satisfactory. I would use them for any future appliance repair and would recommend them.
