Rodney was our technician . What a wonderful representative he is for your company. He was very careful to troubleshoot the issue before he diagnosed what could be done to repair our icemaker. I feel other technicians would simply have said, “You need a new icemaker.” He spoke very highly of Mr Appliance. I will ask for Rodney should I experience another appliance problem. He is outstanding!

Matt quickly determined the problem was electrical before he did anything else which saved time and money. He used an extension cord to run the washer through all cycles to confirm the machine was ok. He also gave us advice for whoever came to fix the electric, saying the stacked dryer could easily be moved over rather than taken down. Great service! Will highly recommend your company.

Awesome company! Extremely professional. A pleasure to deal with Not just from the first phone call to the text of the photo of the technician coming to you, the text the tech is on the way. Along with their picture.!! Matt, their technician, not only put on booties as he was walking into my house. But talk to me about the issue with my dryer. Although I decided it would be easier to buy a new one and not use them to repair. I am definitely keeping this number on my speed dial just in case.

Bait and switch. Prices are generated using some “proprietary tech” and they can’t itemize the actual cost of service. They lock you in with a 200 dollar service call that they charge no matter what and then hit you with a bill that makes the 200 look cheap. Seems like they have enough in Google ad spend to keep getting calls so I doubt anything will change. When I confronted them about the bait and switch they offer me 50 bucks off a nearly 800 dollar microwave repair. Best advice is find a local handyman. 165 dollar part 35 minutes worth of labor. 500 felt fair 600 felt doable but steep but 800 bucks felt criminal.

Our service man Matt was very pleasant. He had a hard job here because we have a stackable washer/dryer that is in a very confined space. Was not an easy job. Thank you so much.
