Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park

On 1/20/26 I contacted Mr Appliance as our gas stove was not working safely. One of the knobs would not always turn off tightly so that the gas was off. There was a faint smell of gas. On 1/21/26 Jonathan came to our house, diagnosed the problem and put a safety step in place while he waited for a part. On 1/22/26 Lisa called to say the part was in the store and Jonathan was available to fix the stove. He came out, fixed the stove and gave a sense of security. This business and their staff are phenomenal. The cost was amazing, very affordable. Thank you for bringing a sense of safety to this home.

I found this company via internet search. They were professional and friendly from the beginning. Annabel in reception and scheduling was personable and professional. Our technician, Rich was equally so. The diagnostic was done quickly and scheduling the actual work occurred quickly. Rich did an excellent job. I especially like that this company sends a photo of the technician so you know who to expect when you open your door. The price of the diagnostic was absorbed into the overall price which was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I am a very satisfied customer.

MR APPLIANCE is my “Go To” appliance repair folks. Their service technicians are dedicated to the goal of properly repairing your appliance making it operate as ‘brand new’ versus you having to purchase a new appliance. Their response vehicles are well stocked with ‘replacement kits’ for the most common repairs they encounter which makes the ‘down time’ of your appliance minimized as not having to wait for parts to be ordered. Jonathan, whose personality, professionalism, product and technical knowledge made our service appointment to repair our malfunctioning dryer a flawless process. We have used Mr. Appliance several times and have always found them to be very professional, accommodating and reasonably priced! This is our third service call over the last couple of years at our home and our rental property. We have had excellent service and they follow up to make sure that 'all is well'! We actually called about a problem with an appliance, after we received a call back from the 'Owner', He instructed us as to why we were having an issue and we resolved the situation on our own. He stated that He did not want to charge us for a service call that He did not think was needed! Terrible experience. Refrigerator repair & wellness checkup for washer & dryer. They changed a wiring harness and a circuit board ($436.26) (Not needed) before realizing that a $9 garage heating pad was all that was needed. The washer / dryer wellness service was $299.00 that was finished in 35 minutes with them telling me I should get a vent cleaning service from someone else since they couldn't get their vacuum to go into the vent pipe. They at first did not reconnect my dryer until I insisted they put it back together. The additional vent cleaning service was not needed as the heat exhaust from the dryer was totally unrestricted and clearly vented to the outside of the house (exhaust heat vented out to frigid temperatures is obviously visible.
