However tech was very respectful and right on time. After I had waited 36 hours for another company not to show. Mr. Appliance acted quickly and tech resolved issue very quickly. Price was a bit high for the amount of time it took to resolve problem but it was an emergency and I would use again.

The technician Kingsley comes for five minutes and then recommends us to directly contact LG to do the repair. Then he charges for 140 dollars for that. They also charge a non cash adjustment of 5 dollars, which has never been communicated to us before. I never see any small business who charges a non cash adjustment especially after they get your credit card number. The unprofessionalness and the extra charge they impose on customers make me feel very bad and also kind of being tricked. I would recommend checking your invoice for that unethical non cash adjustment charge, and I would highly recommend to stay away.

The repairmen were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Even though they had appointments the same week I called for an estimate, they worked with my schedule so that someone could be home. The communication was great, they gave me a heads up when they were on their way. I would definitely call them again in the future.
