I live in Westfield Indiana. A service man came out July 3, 2025 to fix my ice machine. He moved the refrigerator and the ice machine began working. He claimed that the line was pinched even though I never had any problems with the water dispenser. Instead of charging me $129 for a service call he charged me $261 because he said he fixed it. When I set up the appointment, they said that the $129 fee would go towards any parts and labor that were needed to fix it. So I actually paid $390 to have somebody move my refrigerator. He then said that I had a one year warranty to come out and fix it if something happened again. Today is November 17, 2025 and my ice machine stopped working. I called and they said that because the service man did not replace any parts, there is no one year warranty.
My dryer was not spinning when turned on it just hummed. The service tech, who was very professional and cordial, diagnosed and ordered a overhaul kit replacing worn internal parts. Was charged over $400 in parts and labor, ok , no problem. Less than a week later it was doing the same thing, just humming. Was told that I had to be charged another service fee if tech worked on it again. Seems to me if the same problem persists after I was charged $400 ,why should I be charged again? It seems pretty shady and my dryer Still has original issue.
Great experience! Had an issue with our dryer and they came out the next day. They send a picture of the tech coming and let you know when they are heading your way. Our dryer did not have a part (unusual brand I think) so the tech advised on what to do, but they didn't even charge us for their time! Excellent service and a great pricing model- the fee charged for them to come to your home is actually applied towards the maintenance being done on the appliance. Very happy with our experience!
First I would like to say that the tech that came out to fix our dryer was very professional. But their scheduling department needs some work. When I called them out the first time, they cancelled my appointment and I didn’t even know it until I called them and asked when they were coming over. I had to push the appointment back one week and they showed up for that one. The repair they performed didn’t last one day. When I made an appointment for them to come back, they changed the arrival window without asking, then called on the day of the appointment to let me know that their tech had cancelled again, and moved my appointment back to the weekend. I don't usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this feels deserved. 5 year old fridge worked as expected until earlier this summer, and all of a sudden developed a 15 degree variance in temperature (26-42 degrees, I put in a Min/Max thermometer). We paid $260 to have two different technicians come out and be more interested in telling us that the biggest issue was how we had food organized, even though it had worked as expected up to a couple months ago. The second tech did order an evaporative thermistor and I put down 50% of the final fee, but that was 3 weeks ago and haven't heard since. At this point, we're just going to buy a new refrigerator because we can't deal with everything either freezing or spoiling (because, unsurprisingly, rearranging all of the items as instruct
