Valerie was very helpful on the phone listening to the suspected issues I was having with my dryer. She was able to help tell me how old my dryer likely was from the parts numbers, and then discussed the benefits of a repair (provided a quote for what we suspected was wrong) versus buying a new appliance with current sales going on. I never felt pressured either way. I decided to move forward with the repair and booked the next available appt. She called me back the same afternoon with an opening as one of the technicians had finished early from a previous client. The technician arrived shortly after I accepted the date change and was in and out within the hour. The technician was very friendly, and didn’t mind me asking questions about the work he was doing. A real live person answered the published business phone and routed me to the division that services my area. Again, I spoke with a live person, who listened to my concern, checked the schedule and was able to schedule a tech to arrive this afternoon. Bryan texted and arrived as expected. He saw my issue, agreed the part I had was the correct part and replaced the soap dispenser on my dishwasher. He explained the company policies on parts they do not source, which I understood. Bryan reviewed reasons I would want to get in touch with him/the company. He was respectful of our home, and I will certainly use this company for needs in the future.

Mike repaired our cooktop gas igniter. He had to order parts plus deal with a sputtering burner. Always punctual and a gentleman, I could see he was great at his work. This is the second time Mr. Appliance has helped us. We recommend them highly.

Easy and seamless. Bryan was on time both times and quick to locate and fix the issue with my dryer. Making the appointment, getting a pic of the repair guy made it easy and comfortable. He was friendly and I appreciate the quick service. I would recommend this company and will contact them again if needed in the future.

Update: I appreciate the response to my review, but I do believe this business should update their listing to match other similar services that were indeed closed (while offering 24hr call messaging service) or indeed open, truly available for 24hr service. I feel this listing is intentionally misleading to garnish more traffic. For clarification since the reply stated that a technician is not always available 24hrs, does your business have a technician that offers 24hr service? Which is important to know for other possible customers. I ask because the message stated Monday through Friday. If I am incorrect please let me know and I will chance or delete my review. I do not want to have an unfair review. They need to update their listing. Not a 24hr service as listed. They only do Monday t
