I see why their ratings are so good. It took them quite a few visits and quite a bit of money, but they fixed up an old classic fridge that suits our home perfectly- so we're ultimately happy. Hand written thank you card? Pure class.

A friend of mine recommended Mr. Appliance to me for my broken dryer. When I called Mr. Appliance, (I think) Jen was very polite and helpful in scheduling my service call. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The service technician, Jake, was on time and professional as well. He checked out our dryer and determined the dryer was fine, and the vent line needed cleaning (I have an abnormal venting setup in my house). Since he didn’t do that sort of services he was able to provide three referral options who specialize in vent cleaning. We only had to pay for the service call, which I appreciated. I also received a follow up call the next day to ensure everything was handled smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Mr. Appliance, their customer service and communication was excellent!

Mr. Johnathan came to check out the ice machine on our fridge, as it stopped working. He repaired it successfully, he is very professional and efficient. He also replaced the seal on the fridge. Great job, appreciate the job well done! Thank you and we will definitely be calling in case anything else happens to our appliances.

Christina listened to my concerns and made sure my dishwasher was draining correctly and reinstalled it to ensure no odor causing backwash would be an issue. It’s working better than new.
