I like the ability to schedule my appointment on line. Mr. Appliance confirmed on email and a phone call. Pat advised he was on his way and arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and prepared a quote. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up the mess on top of refrigerator caused by a faulty tube leading to ice maker. Pat was very organized and efficient. He even moved the refrigerator out from wall so I could clean properly. I’m happy!! Thank you!! Ps can you ask Pat to send me the video of the mold yuk on top of refrigerator. Thank you!

I just want to say what a delight it was to work with a truly professional company with truly professional repairmen. The woman on the phone was kind and efficient. Ryan was on time, friendly and I appreciated that he covered his footwear as it was raining outside. He truly respected my home. He was a true professional. I would definitely do business with you again.

Our technician (Pat) was absolutely AWESOME. Took his time to explain things & tested the new part prior to leaving. Also, I thought he was very polite & professional. My only concern was the price. I thought $1000 for a job where the part is appx $380 (online) was a bit high.

We couldn't have been more please. They were timely and kept us updated continually on our scheduled appointment and estimate of our Tech. Our Tech. Latoya number 1 in our book. He was very knowledgeable and kept informed during the repair process. Very personable and pleasant.

Easy to schedule service online. Rodney Langston was my service tech and was professional, nice and had a strong work ethic. He was determined to find the problem and was focused on customer satisfaction. Rodney went above and beyond and I will definitely ask for him again. Overall, I would definitely recommend the company in terms of service even though I need a new dishwasher :(
