Mr. Appliance of Pinellas County

We googled appliance repair companies and I saw the great google reviews for Mr. Appliance. I honestly I have not had an appliance that needed repairing in a long time. Mr. Appliance called immediately on a Friday afternoon to say they would be out on Monday. The communication was outstanding, with email and text alerts. Donald was our technician and knew his stuff. He found out the issue with our LG stove and fixed it. The cost to repair wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I will definitely call them back and recommend to my friends.

I thought auto dealerships were the worst until now. Mr. Appliance is a brilliantly designed rip off. My experience with them to replace an infinite switch on a stove.... $300 for a $20 part and a 10 min. installation. How insane is that?! Right out of the gate it's $125. I had listed the make, model and problem online when I scheduled the appointment, so there was no reason, other than to charge $125 to drive to my house, LOOK at the stove (he didn’t touch the stove, no testing it or open the drawer to make sure I had the right model), tapped on a tablet for 10 min. and gave me a $300 "miscellaneous minor repair" estimate. I thought he was joking or high. But I was stuck, I have to pay this company $125 for a completely unnecessary trip to my house and still need to get it fixed or

The folks at Mr Appliance are great. I was able to set up an appointment way after usual business hours and they were able to check out my mom's busted dryer the next morning. They were willing to fix her old dryer and got it done that morning . It wasn't the cheapest but they got it done they got it done quick and they treated my mom well. Taking care of elderly parents is tough and they made it easy or at least easier. In contrast a large major competitor of theirs was unwilling to try to fix my mom's old dryer after I told him what vintage it was. Mr Appliance will be the first place I call if my mom has another Appliance go down.

Had a freezer that kept icing up, Ronald came out and was totally knowledgeable and professional in taking it totally apart, de- icing and clearing the drain line then reassembling. Would highly recommend Mr Appliance for any repairs

They came out the day after I called. Sent me a text with a picture of my repairman. Gave me a two hour window and the repairman called and showed up at the beginning of the two hour window. Figured out what was wrong with my fridge. Had to order a part and make a second visit to replace and repair. Everything went perfect. Thank you Ronald and Mr. Appliance.
