After month of waiting maintenance from my building got tired and decided to order appliance, and found Mr. Appliance Santa Monica. Got my fair estimate, everything was fast and professionally completed! Especially want to tell thanks to Moe came the same day, fixed our refrigerator, went above and beyond, took extra time and care without being asked! He also took time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood everything he fixed! Very satisfied with quality of work! Very Grateful to Mr. Appliance Santa Monica and Moe! Thank you!

We were so pleased with Moe’s repair of our refrigerator. He came quickly, ordered the part, and returned as soon as UPS delivered it. He pulled out the refrigerator far enough for me to clean behind it, then brought in his shop vac, got down on his hands and knees, and cleaned under it. I would use this company again for any appliance repair.

I has previously brought another repairman in, and his diagnosis was fatal to replace my whole washer and dryer. It’s a stackable. But I felt like he wasn’t thorough with his inspection. So I called Mr. Appliance. He found the issue. A clogged pipe where the water drains from. He repaired it, double checked the dryer, and cleaned it out. He was curious, respectful, professional, but more importantly he fixed a simple issue because he took the time to to look for the problem. I could not be more happier to know I did not need to replace the whole machine! Thank you. I will most definitely use him again. And pass him off to others in similar situations.

Called Mr.Appliance for my refrigerator breakdown. Moe showed up as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. His estimate was with clear communication and appropriate to the issue.He was Respectful, Honest and courteous.

Thermador microwave repair. On time, very clean and conciencious. Did not scratch any cabinets or paint. Covered hos shoes. Really appeared to know what he was doing. Would call again with any appliance issues.
