Technician was polite, funny, honest. Not only was he able to fix my issues he really put me at ease with the whole process. Not once did he force unnecessary repairs on me. He explained every issue and since I somewhat knew what they were already I knew he wasn't lying to me to make an extra buck. There was no upselling me things I didn't need, want or ask for just honest work by a really good guy.

Very easy process overall. Quick appointment scheduling and diagnostic visit. Part shipped directly to my house and was installed within 2 work days. Technician was knowledgeable and gave me some tips to make the oven last longer. Highly recommend this company and technician

(if you're a DIY'er and just had to give in to some help, just read): Brian was my tech and my issue was with my GE Profile fridge. It kept clicking to turn on, but never would kick the compressor on. This would happen intermittently but more often than not, resulting in a fridge that was warm most of the day. I called and got setup for the next morning (impressive since I called the night prior at 9pm). Now I did fully disclose that I did attempt to fix this issue myself. I swapped the compressor relay out and the fan motor, both of which didn't resolve the issue. I explained all of my efforts to Brian and he said I was on the right track, but it ended up being the main control board. Richard was our service technician and he was very helpful. We needed a new igniter for our wall oven. He had the part and was able to install it the same day. We also had issues with our oven not being able to reach up to temperature, instead of charging us for an additional part, he told us that could be because we needed a new igniter. Once he replaced our igniter the oven was able to reach the proper temperature. Thank you Richard! 🙂

Very easy to schedule the appointment. Was able to fix our dishwasher and provide us with tips on maintenance. Very professional technician, provided great communication on when he would arrive and provided a photo so we knew what our tech looks like before letting him in our home. First time we used Mr Appliance and it was a great experience.
