The appointment was scheduled very quickly, and Robert the technician was very prompt in arriving. He was able to verify and diagnose the problem within a few minutes. The main control board needed replacing and was located in the front of the range in a difficult place to access. He was meticulous in disassembling the access points and replacing the control board that I had purchased, verified it was correct, installed it and reassembled everything. He was very careful with tools and small parts indicating years of experience. He explained what he was doing during the whole process and was very pleasant to talk with.

Service was prompt and professional. Technician identified problem and ordered parts and we did not have to pay till work was finished. Will gladly use these guys for any other services I need.

Robert came out to check on our dishwasher. Not only did we get our issue squared away but Robert told us about features of our washer we weren’t even aware! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very willing to teach and share his expertise.

The Centralized communication center was really rough, but once you deal with the local office, it is wonderful. Our technician, Robert, was very experienced and didn’t over charge. He was quick and reliable.
