I have a Wolfe microwave that was very erratic—adding and skipping time, stopping and occasional non responsive touch screen. Mr Appliance came and replaced the control board behind the touch screen for $897!! Before the tech left it was still erratic, but he said to see how it functioned. They have a 1 year warranty so I called them back in 2 weeks due to same problems. This time the tech called Wolfe who was very familiar with all the varied problems and said it was the door hinges- the microwave doesn’t think the door is closed. The tech told me that would cost an additional $213. Since the same problems persisted, the original control panel replacement was NOT the problem. However, I understand that it “looked” like a control panel problem which led to the $897 bill. I told the t

I was super happy that the service was the very next day; and the timing to be 2 days BEFORE Christmas!!! The two men were very professional, careful of my home, and efficient. I would contact this company for any appliance issues. I only required a service call/diagnostic review. Washer working as it should. I thought service call was a little steep BUT it’s been years since I’ve needed one. Just over $200 WITH taxes. Still 5 ⭐️ and I’d still use again!!

Only giving 1 star because you can’t rate it 0 stars. My dryer went out before Thanksgiving, had Mr. Appliance come look at it. Sent Dylan as the technician, ordered the heating element kit and made an appointment for 12/1 to have it fixed. Had steve come out next to tell us Dylan ordered the wrong part and that it had to be reordered. Paid $600+ for just this repair to only look at the receipt from the second visit that I was going to be charged an extra $300. After multiple phone calls and no one calling back, I finally spoke to someone and was told that the $300 would be waived. I shouldn’t have been charged that anyways as Dylan messed up and ordered the incorrect part. Come to find out, Dylan was no longer employed when I called about the $300 error. Follow-up to recent response from owner - you mentioned your customer service team discussed with me that the needed control board was unavailable & discontinued, thus requiring a rebuild. I do not recall that conversation. Lowes looked up original part and found it available within 5 minutes. After I prepaid for what I understood to be a control board replacement, part was removed from existing unit & repaired. Cost savings for sure. Also, diagnostic fee was to be waived/applied if job was performed. The total invoiced didn’t reflect this waiver, based off original quote. Technician was professional and respectful. Thanks

I had this company come and give me a quote on an appliance repair the tech Ryan came out and never gave me a quote to fix my issue or even tell me what’s wrong with my appliance. Every step with this company has been a nightmare to deal with. I highly suggest you call another company for your appliance needs!
